- Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 10 business days of receipt, in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original, undamaged packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Skincare, beauty, and self-care products — for hygiene and safety reasons, all self-care products are final sale once purchased
- Used or opened items — any product that has been used, worn, or opened is not eligible for return
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at templeworx3@gmail.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved:
- We will arrange collection via Aramex courier
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit — TempleWorx is not liable for items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in line with your rights under the CPA.
- How do I return an item?
Returning an item is easy! Log into your account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return shipping label. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any Aramex courier location. The return fee for the courier is payed by the customer
